Paul Catherall
Paul Catherall was born in 1967 in Lichfield and he is still
alive. He is a London based printmaker and illustrator. The technique he used
is stencilling and linocut. He was educated in Leicester polytechnic,
1986-1989. The thing his is influence from classic mid-20th century
poster designers. He used high based inks and acid-free paper and he does it
entirely by hand. Most of his work he done is on posters and book covers. He
used landmark in most of his work. I think that he use a lot of primary colours
on his landmark. He designed posters for transport for London 2002-2007. He used
a lot of colourful prints to make his work look stunning.
